That was very clever of you - I wish I'd thought of it!

I think I will put more effort into the other challenges this week though, working on getting in more fitness, and balancing my meals - if I can add to this one, I will, but I don't think it will be on the top of my list, since so many of the items on here are things I do most days anyway.

All right...where is everybody? Maybe this one has too many things to keep track of. It is a good idea to try to do all these things, at least once in a while, but maybe too many all at once, and too much attention to look after.

April 3 - I get points for 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 13, 15 = 50 points!

Boy, that "declutter" one is tough. I keep meaning to get something done...but run out of energy before I get to it. I'm not a collector of "stuff" so I don't have a lot of areas that need attention, but there are a few that have been staring at me for quite a while. This should be my motivation to get to them, finally!

April 4 - I get 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 , 11, 13, 15, and I cleared out the linen closet of all the old sheets - so #16 counts! = 60 points!

I'll go back and add up my total for week 1 on the 7th.

OK - so Day 1 I didn't remember to check the list, so I only did those things I do every day.

These things are:
2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 13, 14 (did a lot of this) and 15 - so that's 50 pts! Not bad.

Today I will work on the others - and make a more conscious effort!

I think this is going to be a great one for bringing our team together. emoticon

1) Give 1 Spring theme spark goodies to a team members 1 time a day
2) Post a comment on at least 3 of your team member's pages or blogs
3) Drink at least 6 cups of water daily
4) Take your medication and/or vitamins daily
5) Earn at least 25 sparkpoints daily
6) Eat at least 5 servings of fruit and veggies daily
7) Earn at least 30 min of cardio 3 times a week
8) Do strength exercise 3 times per week for 15-20minutes
9) Huddle on our team huddle board daily
10) Post to one of our team's message boards daily
11) Take at least 15min of me time or time to pamper yourself daily
12) Reward yourself weekly and tell us what you did
13) Do something outside to enjoy the spring weather weekly: gardening, walking, washing your car, etc
14) Do something social each week: call a friend, go out with friends, church, fitness class, shopping with friends, etc.
15) Track you food at least 3 times per week
16) Declutter: spring clean, get rid of old mail, etc

OK - I'm game - I'll try for almost all of these.

I don't take medication or supplements - so that one is not for me.
"Me time" might be kind of tough - unless you count taking a shower! But I'll try.
Reward yourself - now that is a hard one...I'll have to give that some thought.
Posting on Saturday night might be late..that is DATE night after all, right?

But, I will do my very best to remember to do some of the things on the list every day.
