I have done a variety of workouts this week.

Free weights at home, weight machines and free weights at the Y, elliptical and rowing machines at the Y, treadmill and walking outside at home, Yoga class at the Y, and a Turbo kickboxing class at the Y that really kicked my behind!

Good start to the year!

Day 1 Did jump start workout day 1
Day 2 Did the JS workout day 2, Walked with Leslie for 30
Day 3 Did JS workout 3, 1 mile walk with Leslie and 30 minutes Strength training 30 minutes
Day 4 Did JS workout day 4, 38 minutes Shaolin Cardio Kickboxing
Day 5 Did JS workout day 5, 30 minutes Richard Simmons 80s Blast Off, Strength training 30 minutes
Day 6 Did JS Workout day 6, 50 minutes of Tai Chi
Day 7 Did JS Work out day 7, Biggest Loser Power Walk mile 1 16 minutes

Week 2
Day 1 Did JS Work out day 1 Biggest Loser Power Walk mile 3 16 minutes
Day 2 Did JS Workout Day 2 BL Power Walk mile 4 16 minutes & 40 minutes of Tai Chi
Day 3 Did JS Workout Day 3, Lesle Sansone mile 1 15 mintues, Strength training 30 minutes and 38 minutes Shaolin Cardio Kickboxing!

Day 1 was fun I did the 8min interval video plus a couple more minutes on my xbox kinect to get a full 10min today. Sunday is my relaxing day I've been working out alot this week emoticon

Day 2: Did Day 2 Video and 55min Dance Central on Xbox

Day 3: Did Day 3 Video which was fun and easy and 30min Dance Central
Day 4: Video + Cardio
Day 5: Video + Cardio
Day 6
Day 7
