11/23: 10 min Cardio Core w? Teri
11/24 : 15 min cycling (No I did not gorge on a big Thanksgiving dinner)

11/26: It's 7:17 pm haven't done any thing yet, but it could happen.
total min. = 135 (check my math)
total weight lose: zippo, nada, but I'm cool with that.

I'm in on this one! I usually do 6 days a week cardio, so I can add a day and this will motivate me to do extra cardio this week as well.

I'm in for both! I think it might actually be easier for me to get in workouts because I don't have school or classes the week of Thanksgiving!

I will do the cardio challenge. My daughter will be here from college for part of the week so it will be good to get her out moving as well.

11/20 total mins: I got well over an hour here; at least 30-40 minutes of moving boxes and such and then I worked on my feet for over 5 hours, but I am not sure how to track that while being fair to my calorie count.
11/21 total mins: 60 min
11/22 total mins: 20 min
11/23 total mins: 50 min
11/24 total mins (Thanksgiving Day): Ooops. Literally ran out of time.
11/25 total mins: 98 min walk/jog intervals and yoga
11/26 total mins: Moving around for 6 hours while working (I literally do not sit at work) and then too tired to work out after.

Total cardio fitness minutes for the week = Officially (that I can track and measure)
228
Plus a couple days of work where moving boxes and then standing and moving about for 6 hours at a time.

I am not sure if we are meant to keep track here, but I figured it would be easy to just come back here and keep it updated.
