I've done this :) I wish that SP would look at their tickers and their backgrounds and make more that coordinate! Especially seasonal ones. AND get off the "baby" kick!! comparably there are more ticker and emoticons related to babies than almost anything else but food and fitness! LOL!

emoticon It may have been awhile since you updated your sparkpage. Here are some suggestions:

1) Add a fall or Thanksgiving theme to your sparkpage for fun!

2) Change the colors and pictures on your page.

3) Add a new ticker to your page. Spark has upgraded their tickers and there are many new ones. Look at my ticker below it's a countdown ticker.

4) Update or change your Goals & Progress located on your home page: calories, fitness, or weight.

5) Edit "My Goals", "My Program", "Personal Information", or "Other Information" on your sparkpage located on the righ hand side of the page.

6) Change your profile image.

7) Rearrange your top sparkfriends or sparkteams. You can also choose which sparkteams you want to show up on your page.
