So i finally lost the last pound i achieved my Oct Halloween goal ..
I was 165 in Sept now i am 153 so i lost 12 pounds .

I still need to achieve my Dec Goal which to lose another 10 pounds.

I am so close, only 1.2 lbs. away, but my body doesn't seem to want to shed any weight lately. Hopefully I can make it, but if not, well at least I *AM* down 9 lbs. and that's still quite an accomplishment in my book =)

i cannot exercise for 2 weeks due to surgery but i did lose 8 pounds before i got this surgery . When i am all better i will get back in the programs.so i got 2 more pounds to go before holloween. emoticon

about 7 lbs down in 2 months. this time of year it gets hard for me to loose weight - the weather changes my metabolism, makes me tired earlier and i crave richer foods.

I am down 6.4 lbs. since the start of the challenge. I should be able to hit the 10 lbs. goal by the end of this month. I don't think I will hit my personal goal of 225 though, but you never know!

i'm back finally doing almost everything. i started back with my water exercise this week and it felt good. doing most of the machines on the circuit at fitness island and been going 2 miles on the tread mill. there are still a couple of machines that pulls on my ribs so only does acouple of those til i can do them with out the pull.

the last month has been hard and have only half a-- kept track of my food, didn't think i was over eaating but apparently i was since the scale says i was doing something wrong. but i'm back and still have half of the challenge to lose as much as i can.

I regained 1 lbs. this past week. That's actually better than I thought it would be. I ate out quite a bit, and had way more junk food than I knew was healthy for me. I did get a lot of swimming and some walking done, so that's probably why the damage was minimal. I'm back on track now and hope to keep working this excess weight off. In the past, this would have totally derailed me. SparkPeople has been amazing at helping me to stay focused and on the right path to achieve my goals of getting and maintaining a healthy weight.
