One correction to make. On a previous post, FITWITHIN added 65 and ended up with a total that was 35 lower! :) So we need to add 100 to make it right.

AFTER you have posted, CHECK that it is correct. There are three, count 'em, THREE posts since my last correction that got missed because people didn't know they were the last post, either posting at the same time or not checking after their own post.

This can bee 100% avoided by, after your post has loaded, checking that your post definitely follows the one before it nicely. The 'latest post' doesn't always show on some PCs right - but after your own post is added all the posts will show. So always check after posting - does mine follow the one before me nicely or did something else that wasn't there before just pop in that spot?

emoticon Congratulations you have made it to the final week of our August 31 Days Of Fitness Challenge. How are you feeling? Have your clothes started fitting looser? Have you been able to get back in the swing of exercising? Have you been able to be more consistent?

emoticon ANNOUNCEMENT:

You may post other activities that can be counted as fitness. For example: cardio dancing, heavy cleaning, playing with children, snowboarding (yes in August), gardening, moving boxes, etc. Check out the list of "Other Activities" in the spark fitness log.

PLEASE POST MINUTES LIKE THE EXAMPLE BELOW:


STEP 1: Your total fitness minutes


STEP 2: Your total fitness minutes + Team's total fitness minutes = New Team's Total Fitness Minutes

1) Please post your fitness minutes like the example above. Total all of your fitness minutes first (you can list your different activities and minutes individually, but be sure to post Your Total First)

2) Do not go back and edit your fitness minutes in a previous post. Create new post instead.


3) You can do any exercise you like, the way you like. Intensity, etc is not important. The only requirement for this challenge is to exercise 10min or more everyday in August


4) Fitness minutes can be posted everyday or at the end of each week by 11:59 p.m. central time
