IMPORTANT
1) Please post your fitness minutes like the example above. Total all of your fitness minutes first (you can list your different activities and minutes individually, but be sure to post Your Total First)
2) Do not go back and edit your fitness minutes in a previous post. Create new post instead.
3) You can do any exercise you like, the way you like. Intensity, etc is not important. The only requirement for this challenge is to exercise 10min or more everyday in August
4) Fitness minutes can be posted everyday or at the end of each week by 11:59 p.m. central time
