I'm not going to record weight for this one. I'm choosing not to focus on the scale, but on the behaviour patterns tht will lead to a healthy weight. Which is why a challenge for working out minutes appealed much more than those other challenges for weight lost. :)
Hopefully at the end of the month my jeans will fit better. That will be my measure of success.
