emoticon Instead of making a goal to lose a certain amount of pounds, how about setting a goal to lower you BMI??

Body Mass Index (BMI)

BMI is a quick and easy way to determine if your weight is appropriate for your height. It can give you an idea of where you are so that you know where you need to go!

A Normal BMI is between 18.5-24.9.

march 1 weigh in was 36.5
march 8 was 36.5
though i liked the bmi better on wii fit plus yesterday, that was 35,88 but then also it said that i had lost 3.25 lbs. but i belong to TOPS and our weigh in on tuesday and i'm going with that weight or at least til they both are the same.

I plan on growing taller so that should help. I'm thinking stretchy thoughts. Currently 5'7". Maybe 7.5" but who's sweating the 1/2" but me?

I track my BMI and other measurements every 3 weeks, so I'll start with the most recent reading. At goal weight my BMI should be 22.9.
