Welcome new joiners! Today is 4/18 and it's time for my Mid-season weigh-in!

Start weight for the challenge on Tuesday March 1st = 180.1

Mid-season Weigh-in (Target = 165) Friday April 8th = 180.4

Final Weigh-in (Target = 165) Sunday May 1st =

No progress in first half, so I'll adjust my second half goal from 155 to a65 and try for a negative split!
