How do you feel like spring when there is another 5 inches of snow on the ground in the morning. emoticon I know this is Way upstate NY. Using Silicon Bakeware

Silicon is great because it's really non-stick, but if you're using it for a liquid mixture make sure you stand it on a firm baking tray first, otherwise the mixture will slop out over the sides when you lift it - I found this out the hard way!

To add a "Fast Break Goal" follow these steps:

Step 1: Locate and click the "My Trackers" orange tab at the top left corner of the home spark page.

Step 2: Click "Other Goals"

Step 3: Locate and click "Add /Remove Fast Break Goals" near the bottom right side of the page.

Step 4: Locate and select the one "Motivation" goal of your choice

Step 5: Finally, click "Finish" near the bottom left side of the page

You should see your new goal added to the "Fast Break Goals" on your "Other Goals" page.



RULES:

1.. Read a secret to success daily.

2. Accomplish and track your fast break motivational goal daily.

3. Post the secret to success you read.

4. Post which fast break motivational goal you are tracking and post emoticon for accomplishing your fast break motivational goal

5. Accomplishing your fast break motivational goal and reading a secret to success is worth 10 points.

6. Keep track of your points and post them here by Monday night. Top three with the highest points will be rewarded!

It's not always fun, but it is wise to live below your means. When you start looking at what you truly need vs. want in life, I promise you will find that you don't need the premium cable package, the designer clothes/accessories, the luxury vehicle, the latest technology, or even the daily Starbucks run. Love Jennifer Hudson. If anything shows our hypocrisy about weight in America its that now people are getting on her for being too skinny. The gossipy people can't just stop picking away at her. I think she has always been gorgeous at any weight.

You should see your new goal added to the "Fast Break Goals" on your "Other Goals" page.

I agree with so many others here. I started this journey two weeks ago and have fallen off the horse with my diet on several occasions. The secret is to accept what you did, don't beat yourself up anymore, and move on whether it's the same day or the next.

This is a very simple tip, easy to use. When I'm out and about and I get a bad craving for fast food and feel as though I can't say no to it I always remind myself that a Taco Bell meal might only be $5 but that's almost an hour of work for me. Do I really want to give Taco Bell and hour of my life for food that isn't even nutritious?

My car runs on WATER

I have an hour and a half commute four days a week. I used to chain smoke during my drive time. Ten years ago I quit smoking...and turned to snacking during my commute. Bad idea. I now have a rule of "no eating in my car". Instead of eating, I now sip water all the way to work. So I say my car runs on WATER. The only negative is when I get to work, I have to empty MY tank immediately.

Rubbing Alcohol as Hairspray Remover

Lift off hair-spray residue from bathroom walls. Spray a mixture of one part rubbing alcohol, two parts water, and a dash of dishwashing liquid onto vinyl wallpaper or semigloss (not flat) paint. Wipe clean.

Day 8: Secrets of Success I read were "putting things in perspective", and "aging well" I agree with these because if you let things blow out of proportion, you can get distracted and blow your diet. The other one about aging well I agree with as well. Your outlook can mean the difference between success and failure. emoticon

I exercised to a video for 62 min, and hauled 5 40 lb grain bags to the barn. emoticon

Day 9: I read: Invest in a garden; I'm hoping to plant my garden by the end of the month. I'm going to put a tonic on the ground first to stimulate the ground and put vitamins into it. I also read eat breakfast; I eat breakfast about 99% of the time because I feel better when I do and I am able to resist the temptation to eat poorly. emoticon

My exercise routine entailed 70 minutes of Low Max by Cathe Friedrich. emoticon

Day 10: I read: Thomas Bagel Thins. Next time I go to store, I'll try 'em. I also read Hungry Girl. I'm going to the site after I get done here. emoticon

Unfortunately, I didn't do a formal exercise routine today, but I did walk at the mall from store to store. I think this qualifies at exercise for 10 min. emoticon

Day 11: I read Cool Whip and Dairy Substitution emoticon

I fed my animals and watered them today. :) emoticon
