Hey Key! The warrior princess in me wants to say I will do all the challenges, the smarter more goal oriented realistic knowing life gets in the way sometimes part of me is going to pick challenges 1 and 2! Those are totally doable for me and since they pretty much go hand in hand it won't be as hard to follow. So yep I'm in challenges 1 and 2.

I'm ready to try and tackle this challenge full swing. I want to lose 24lbs, as my first goal and need to get cracking on that. Don't think it will be possible by the end of the month, but I am shooting for as much as possible. I hope this is the push I need to get there. I have fallen victim to "i don't's and i can'ts" and ready to head to "i can and i will".

Thanks for keeping the team going. Looking forward to all three challenges. :)

We've designed this message board to allow you to get a "head start" on the challenge of your choice. You may need to buy or collect certain items and/or food to be apart of a challenge.

emoticon Challenge 3: March Motivating Challenge

There are two parts to this challenge. The first part of the challenge is to read a "secret to success" everyday.

The second part of this challenge is created from the motivational goals set on spark under "Fast Break Goals". You will need to add the motivational goal of your choice to complete daily or weekly in March.


To add "Fast Break Goals" to track follow these steps:

Step 1: Locate and click the "My Trackers" orange tab at the top left corner of the home spark page.

Step 2: Click "Other Goals" in the orange area at the top under "Healthy Lifestyle"

Step 3: Locate and click "Add /Remove Fast Break Goals" near the bottom right side of the page.

Step 4: Locate the "Motivation" goals


You should see these MOTIVATION GOALS:


Get 8 hours of sleep
Get up without hitting the snooze button
Tell one person about your goals
Write in a journal 3 times per week
Collect a motivational picture
Post on SparkPeople's message boards
Read from a motivating story or book each day
Reward yourself for reaching your Fast Break goals
Read an inspirational quote each day
Listen to a get-up-and-go song each day
Talk to a positive friend or family member
Give yourself a 5-minute pep talk each day
Post your goals where you'll see them
Watch a motivating or feel-good movie
Read a weight-loss success story


Step 5: Click the 1 goal of your choice

Step 6: Finally, click "Finish" near the bottom left side of the page

You should see your new goal added to the "Fast Break Goals" on your "Other Goals" page.


All of these challenges start March 1. You can join 1 or all 3 challenges of your choice. There will be individual Message boards for each challenge.
