Laurie thought I should post this here. It's always a good idea to check the clearance sections in the different stores for good buys and great deals. My grandmother always bought extra when things were on sale at great prices so she would have them on hand till another great deal came along. That way too, she never ran out of the things they used lots of.

My awesome deal at Walmart the other day. It seems it was 50% off all clearance items in the store and they had my Headon Migraine on clearance for $5.00 each so grabbed 3, not knowing of the added 50% off. Also got some roses on clearance at $2.50 so got both bunches for $2.50. Went back and grabbed the last 5 Head on's and had them scanned in pharmacy to see if I needed yo pay more and found out about the added 50% off. So took the 5 as well. I use a lot of it and have 5 tubes in various places around the house and in my purse. So I got 8 tubes in shrink wrap for $20.00, they are normally over $6.00 each

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

you can also just use baking soda for "shampooing" your hair and ACV for conditioning your hair.

Though I started using these because of my daughter's chemical sensitivities...but I believe it saves a Fortune by not purchasing so many chemicals and cleaning products.

Use VINEGAR mixed with water for cleaning...just combine in a small spray bottle. For disinfecting..add small amount of Oil of Oregano. It works fine for practically anything. DD also does a vinegar and baking soda rinse in her laundry to help get the soap residue out and disinfect anything in there.

With so many issues causing backlashes, Laurie thought we need a thread for tips and aids to help us get along in this system with little or nothing financial coming in. I thought it was a great idea so this is the place for posting them.
