So, I am down 6 pounds since 1/1/2012. Stomach flu a while back helped, but I have been able to keep it off. My Fitbit is probably my best friend - lets me know how sedentary I have been, even when I think I am being moderately active, and spurs me to keep moving, even if it is slowly.
Best news is my BP is consistently in the normal range now. I have a checkup 3/1 so I am hoping my doctor will be pleased.
