RebelRebel, try and stay focused. I know its hard. I sometimes binge too. What helps me is some day's I'll eat less than my calorie count Monday-Thursday. Those banked calories I save to enjoy myself over the weekend. See if that helps. Try and focus on whatever you do during the week so you don't eat as much (work,school, hobbies, etc.). I hope that suggestion helps. Its works for me. Also drink lots of water it fills you up. I get those arizona tea powders to put in my water. They are sugar free and 0 calories. Keep us posted on how you make out.

For me its staying within my calorie range. for some reason the more I think about eating healthy the more I wind up benging on food!

My biggest challenge right now is getting past this frozen stage. I haven't lost a pound in a while and I am working on jumping off something new to get past this. I have added extra exercise time and held off on a snack or two for the week. We will see if this helps. I will let you know.
