Ok, so I need to refocus - didn't really do much for my Oct goals. Wanted to be under 200 - close, but not quite. Lost @ 5 pounds, needed to lose another 2 or 3. Tried to focus on my water intake a little better on weekends. But lower range of calories? Nope, really didn't do that well.

That's ok. November is a new month!!! And at least it wasn't a total bust. Still lost something.

I did lose the 3 lbs I gained during the cruise. I exercised almost every day and stayed within the lower caloric range! emoticon YEAY!

Well since it is almost over I have completed one. I started back at weight watchers.

Well, October's almost over, but I think I can squeeze one little goal in! I live in San Francisco and I'm surrounded by really steep hills. I walk my dog every day, but I avoid the hills. So my goal is to walk the hills at least 3 out of 6 days a week. It's tough and me and my dog huff and puff our way up them, but my glutes and my heart will thank me!!

My goal is to track everything as much as possible, and to stay within the calorie range.
Also, to at least exercise twice a week, since I am having a hard time doing it at all, then I will try to step it up even more for November.

-keep tracking my food and drinking my water like I know I should...it seems to be working. emoticon
-keep slowly increasing the tension on the elliptical rider I've been using for the last 2 weeks.
-get consistent with the weight training rather than my spotty version.
-practice the moves I'm learning at the ballroom dance lessons I began last Friday(dancing's alot more fun than riding the elliptical trainer...that's for sure. emoticon



Don't have a wish-bone where your back-bone should be!

1. drink more water
2. get mor fruits and veggies in my diet

~Strength every other day
~Eat more vegetables & fruits

I'm focusing on keeping my water intake up - esp on weekends, staying towards the lower end of my calorie range, working out at least 30 min 3 - 6 times/wk. Main goal: Get under 200 by end of month!!! (think I only have 7 to go)
