This is my year to reach my goal of living a healthy life both physically and spiritually.

By not snacking or having seconds I can save at least 500 calories per day! Wow! emoticon emoticon emoticon

By snacking and indulging in seconds I also can add more than 500 extra calories a day.

emoticon I am going to enjoy each day of my Journey emoticon

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.

Even if we lose the race, we are still a winner (just a slow winner).

As long as you keep moving, you are still lapping those on the couch.

Do not take things personally as it is never about us.

Don't find fault, find a remedy.

I agree! The best motivator is seeing Progress as is the reward! I'm done with the 1st round of P90X and have posted my reward in my photo section on my spark page if anyone is interested... I'm definitely proud and feel really good about my achievement! It is rewarding in that I'm refreshed and ready to keep going! I can't wait to see my next 90 day results:) Reading everyone else's posts on here have really pushed me to keep going and keep tracking... having something to track feels good in its own!
Thanks for all the motivation!
