This is my year to reach my goal of living a healthy life both physically and spiritually.
By not snacking or having seconds I can save at least 500 calories per day! Wow!
By snacking and indulging in seconds I also can add more than 500 extra calories a day.
I am going to enjoy each day of my Journey

healthy = enjoying small meals and have some order in my life.
chaotic = no order
1/7 chaotic - I do not seem to care.
l/9 chaotic - Ups and downs are part of life I guess but even on my chaotic days there are improvements.
1/10 healthy - Amazing how much better I do with a little awareness.
1/11 healthy - Taking care of yourself = happiness!
1/13 so so, had chocolates at night.
1/14 chaotic and no motivation. Can't keep this up!
Jan 16 to Jan 31 Log - 151 lbs
1/16 healthy (-1/7 lb) 151 lbs.
1/17 healthy (-2/7 lb)
1/18 healthy (-3/7 lb)
1/19 healthy (-4/7 lb)
1/20 healthy (-0)
1/21 healthy (-5/7 lb)
1/22 healthy (-6/7 lb) 150 lbs. - lost 1 lb & 15 lbs to go!
1/23 healthy (-1/7 lb)
