At the moment I'm trying to decide which plan to follow for our challenge, and I thought it might be useful for all of us if we were to share the basic outline of the diet plan we are following, and/or of plans we have tried in the past, with comments about pros and cons. This would then also give others the opportunity to ask questions from someone who has actually tried a particular plan. For ease of reference it might be best to start a new thread for each different diet plan, rather than adding it on to this post. Thank you for your contributions.
