Hmmm.... There seems to be an issue with my login. I've sent a message to customer service. I dont have any of the buttons you described and my dashboard doesnt look very 'filled' out, if that makes sense.

If you go to your account dashboard where you will see your order information, there is a view current order button, and an edit current order button. Click on the Edit button. Don't create a new order.
You can edit your order online if you have an online account set up. Contact your coach if you need assistance getting your account set up online. I love the ease of being able to edit my order online. I've been on Medifast 2 months, and I definitely have my favorite meals! Good luck on your Medifast plan!
Good morning! I'm a new MF user (I'm still on my first week) and have a question regarding the automatic order. I'd like to make some changes (remove some items from the next order, add additional items of others, etc). Can this be done online or do I need to go through my coach? I placed my first order online and signed up for the MF Advantage, then requested a coach, which then switched me to TSFL.
