Do Medifast losers ever use other products? Is an egg anywhere on the program? Help! I am getting bored with my meals. Sorry for not reading--I found my answers on the meatless options list. This is very helpful.

Thanks for this posting. I was searching the site trying to find the comprehensive list of condiments and portion recommendations but was having no luck (idk why I was having trouble). Not only did I quickly find it on here, I found a more extensive list of meatless lean options.

This list is great because it gives measurement and weight in grams. mfboards.mymedifast.com/attachment.p
Your Lean & Green meal should be a serving of lean protein & 3 servings of vegetables.
A Lean and Green meal should provide:
-More than 25 g of protein
-Less than 15 g of carbohydrate (the lower, then better)
Remember that you should be measuring your Lean in it's cooked form and your green in the form you intend to eat it. 3 cups of cooked spinach is a lot more than 3 cups of fresh spinach.
You can split your Lean & Green meal up through out the day or add parts of your Lean & Green to Medifast food. This can get trickier, so make sure you are tracking well.
