Oh, I have not been eating my veggies lately. Asparagus is great though. I usually steam them and add a little parmesan cheese on top. But I will try roasting them, sounds yummy. My favorite way of eating veggies is salad. I make a homemade dressing with flax seed oil, vinegar, and mrs dash for seasoning. Now I'm craving my veggies...that's a good thing!
