I used to walk w/a fellow sparker when I pushed my little one in the stroller, but now I think I am too fast for her and I run w/other local friends when we can get together but most of the time I try to go to classes @ the local y.

Yeah, we have low-impact aerobics, yoga, zumba, a walking club, a running club and a nutrition class. I work for the city and they have an awesome "Bee Fit" program.

Where I work we have fitness classes that we can take for up to 3 hours a week on the clock. We can also take them on our lunch hour. I do these 4 times a week so my workout buddies are in my classes.

I do a lot of my workouts alone...xbox kinect, strength training, stair climbing. But when weather permits, I like to go for a walk, bike ride or play tennis with my husband.

I had someone at one time that I would walk with, but we haven't met up in a very long time. So, I'm back once again working out by myself. I would love to have some one to workout with especially when I go jogging.

Progress may be slow, but it happens!
No such thing as last place only finishers.

Do you have a workout buddy or do you go it alone....my sister works out with me every morning she's a retired school teacher and has nothing but time so I talked her into joining me at the gym....she wont come to the house and workout with me though....strange....
