When I was using a heart rate monitor it became clear that the calories that are calculated by Dance Central are too low. I would guess that it would fit more into the cardio dancing category. Especially if you are working out from on of the preset workouts. Hope this helps a little.

I was wondering if any of you know accurately the range of calorie burning for Dance Central 2. I can't afford a heart monitor right now, and I know the information on the game is way too low. But should I track it as cardio dancing, or line dancing? I know it isn't nearly as intense for me as Zumba. I just want to make sure that with how much I'm exercising I'm not under-eating or overeating.

Sorry if this has already been posted, but I couldn't find a topic.
