I've only done kettlebell stuff in a class once before, but I really enjoyed it. I want to buy a kettlebell, but so far I haven't quite budgeted it. I've got a friend at work who's really into them, though. He teaches classes and everything.

Do anyone use Kettlebells as a workout....I just got some this weekend with a dvd but haven't used them yet....just wondering what others think of this workout
