We bought the Ultimate workout for xmas and I did it a few times, put it in yesterday and it said I already did my workout for that day....haven't touched it in a months. So I re-did my profile and selected the A New You program....wanted to do the 20 minutes or less option, as dh would be home soon, and I don't like exercising in front of him. lol
Today, I put it in again, and it said the same thing. I tried to re-do my profile again, and added the A new You program and wanted to work out for 30 minutes. It started, but ended at 15 minutes. This game is driving me batty. Not to mention that the date on it is still 2005.
Anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I don't want to go through this everyday.
Anyone know how to track the workouts? It said I burned 70 cal in15 minutes, but when I put it in the tracker for circuit training, Spark says I burned over 200?
