I played zumba rush for 3 hours non stop lol and your shape for 30 minutes

Reward Chart:

225: Go to the pier with dan, chole and kelly

Biggest loser Ultimate workout for 30 minutes, then I played a few games. Would still love to figure out how to track it. today I put it under Wii Fit exercises...low intensity. emoticon

I played more Just Dance 3 today, and it's really fun! My heart rate monitor says I'm exerting myself and getting some solid cardio action, but it's totally recreational and the time just flew by.

The only Kinect game I have right now is Kinect Adventures. I love it thought! I have about 115 pounds to lose and not have any want to workout since I had my miscarriage in July of last year. With this game though it is SO much fun. I am letting my son play one more time, but then his little but is going to take a nap. I will start my 60 minute adventure!

I did Dance Central - 2 songs - all three levels

Can't get you out of my head - 5 blue stars on all three levels
Jungle Boogie - 5 yellow stars on Easy and Medium, 5 Blue stars on Hard

I just figured out how to turn on the workout mode so I didn't turn it on until the Medium level on "Can't get you". It said I only did 11 minutes total at the end. I don't like that i don't get credit for time during the break it down sections b/c I know I easily did an hour of DC this morning.

How do you credit yourselves on SP for this game?

I also did a custom workout on UFC fighter - roughly 11 minutes - mainly upper body w/ a band

I did a little of Your Shape 2012 (haven't done that since Zumba Rush came out), 20 min Zumba rush and then I finally bought UFC Trainer so I did the first workout on that too.

Over 2 hours of Kinect Sports. Volleyball, Table Tennis, Bowling, a few 100m sprints. Managed to finally get some achievements done that have been bugging me for a while, particularly volleyball ones that took quite a few attempts and almost cost me a ceiling fan.
