Yeah, I had to buy a watch that costs extra so that I could see my stats on the go until I was able to hook it up to my pc. They run the watches on sale from time to time.

They have one that does not use a smart phone. You can get a small display piece to show the information in between loading it to the computer (sold separately, of course).

I really liked mine that I got a while back and thought others might be interested in this deal at Amazon today. It is 44% off. Usually $249 and today it is $139.

I had to stop using it though after a few months because it started hurting my arm when I wore it. I bet it would be fine now that I have given it a long break.
