We go out 1-2 times a week, usually for breakfast or dinner. One of us cooks the rest of the week as we rarely get takeout

We don't go out for dinner a lot. Maybe once a month or less. We did go to Bertucci's Saturday. I researched before I left and stayed within my sodium and calorie counts for the day, so, that was great! The taramisu is only 2 hundred and something calories and tasted so good. I only ate half of my Tuscan veggie torte with chicken. It was still a high calorie meal but I didn't eat my snacks so... phew!
