I slacked today....only got in three fruits and veggies....it seems that on days I have school I have to really force the veggies and fruits down anyway I had blueberries and a banana and carrots for dinner

Tried something new last night for veggies and it worked out great. We've had a George Foreman type grill for a while - but use it very little since I usually grill outside. But I pulled it out and sprayed it with an Olive Oil aspirator we got from Pampered Chef. I took a fresh zuchinni and a yellow squash and cut them into strips like you would carrots, tossed them on for about 4 minutes and voila! Oh that was heaven. No dips, no spices, seasoning and they were awesome!
