Members of this team: I hope you'll encourage our leaders to begin a new challenge that help us build healthy habits into our day. Granted, I only lost a pound, but that's four sticks of butter off my something that puts me six pounds within a healthy BMI. I'm now happy to be within six pounds of a healthy BMI.

I do weigh in everyday, but I also don't allow little fluctuations to get to me, I was back up today because had to much sodium when we went out last night. You have to decide what works for you.

Do you weigh-in every day? My hubby tells me it's a good way to see how different foods affect our body, but I'm affraid I might get discouraged. What are your thoughts?
