Tried the Italian Chickpea Popcorn yesterday afternoon as snack. I enjoyed!
Suggestions/comments: Used half the seasonings and think next time will try even less. 45 min was not enough to get them crispy so will increase next time. Used spray olive oil and just sprinkled on seasonings. Think I would like to try a dill/lemon seasoning also as alternative to Italian.
I've never heard the term toxic hunger, but it rings true to me. Rarely have I experienced a "not hungry anymore" feeling when following a weight loss plan. I hope it happens to me!
90/10: We already do the automated breakfast thing, but use dried cranberries and apricots. Maybe the fresh fruit will make a difference. And sometimes I like brown rice instead of oatmeal. Wonder if that's OK?
I'm cool with bean lunch. Haven't met a bean yet that I didn't like.
Lean green dinner? This may be my issue. Only the pizza recipe appealed to me. I really love meat and fish. Would be hard for me to give up.
BOMs: cool with them daily, but would need to work mushrooms into menu.
Skinny shakes: hope I can find inexpensive pomegranate juice. Otherwise this sounds easy and yummy.
