emoticon Doctor Oz is on the cover (again) of FIRST for Women magazine (March 14, 2011 issue) and is featured in an article talking about the benefits of Vitamin C and Omega 3 in fighting belly fat/ cortisol levels and stress.

Great article covering a lot of what he spoke about on the show about it as well.
