*plan out all my meals for the week ahead in the tracker **DONE!** *grocery shop early in the morning of the 14th for the entire week **DONE!** *45 minutes of exercise 4 days this week *meditate upon waking every morning *complete 2 lessons in nutrition class(lessons 2&3) *walk the dogs every morning

1.) To have healthy snacks available at work 2.) To make time for myself, at least 15-30 min. a day 3.) To get in at min. 15-30 min of exercise 3X's week 4.) To increase my water intake to a min. of 8 glasses a day!

I always find it easier to stick to my goals if I write them down and have accountability, thought this thread could help others reach their goals also My goals for the week of August 14th are:
1. Exercise 60 mins 3 times during the week 2. Go to yoga class 2 times 3. Eat 100% vegan (will have to cook over the weekend to reach this goal) 4. Track all meals on SP food tracker 5. Meditate All very obtainable just need focus
