Excellent Debbie!!! Glad your elbow is better!

My goals for the week are:

1.) NO sweets/ju nk food
2.) 8+ glasses of water
3.) 3X's in the pool for exercise
4.) Mindful eating at all times

Ok elbow is good as new, it's surprising that there is absolutely no pain at all now. Should have done this sooner!emoticon
Goals for the week of July 31st:
1. Go to the gym 3 times this week
2. Complete 45 mins on the elliptical
3. Eat 100% vegan (*challenge*)
4.Go to yoga class 2 times

After completing my final exam on Tuesday evening I will have the rest of the summer school free to really concentrate on me!

Great goals Sandi emoticon
My goals for the week of July 24th

1. Get to the gym 3 times this week
2. Increase cardio from 30 minutes to 45 minutes each gym day
3. Eat 90% vegan (why I'm having a problem doing this I don't know)
4. Start each day with a positive thought
5. Start journaling again

Thanks Deb, God is good, I was so much better by Friday and got everything done I needed to do before the party!

Had a good week food and water wise!

My goals for the week of July 24th are as foillows......

1.) Continue to make healthy food choices
2.) Continue to drink at least 8 waters a day
3.) Start tracking everything I eat so I can see where I am point wise (WW)
4.) Get in the pool ast least 3X's this week and do my exercises

All very doable goals and going for it this week! Need to ramp this up a bit, not doing what I SHOULD with continuity!!!!

Believe it or not, I have had no pool exercise this week due to illness but plan on it a lot this weekend!~ So far, lots of water and good food though!!!emoticon

I didn't make all of my goals last week but today starts anew.
My goals for the week of July 17th are:
Get to the gym 3 times this week for cardio since I cannot do anything with weights while my tennis elbow heals
Eat clean/vegan 90% of the time
Get more water in during the day
I want to get some yoga classes in but with my elbow I'm not sure I can but will try a class and see how it goes.

My goals for the week of July 17th are:

I have gotten a little off track, eating things I don't usually eat! I am going to get myself back on program (weight watcher's) and make sure I am armed with healthy food for the week. emoticon Sandi! I know the hardest thing for me is also not to be so judgemental of myself something I need to work on.
I start the week off great made it to the gym, but couldnt get to yoga as planned last night or the gym this morning both due to work. Not stopping there though, I'll try to find a yoga class tonight and will be back at the gym Friday morning.

My goals for this week are very simple...make healthier food choices mindfully and to drink my 8 glasses of water daily!! I also have a goal of being positive and less judgemental of myself!!!!emoticon

I have always found it is easier to stick to your goals when they are specific, cover a short time period and I share them with others.
It was suggested that I start this thread so that others can post their goals here and we can help support each other with our goals.
Here are mine for this week, I hope you'll join me

Get to the gym at least 3 times this week

Eat vegan ( was doing great at this until 4th of July then lost momentum)

Make it to yoga or hot yoga class twice this week.

There you have it short and simple, I can do this!
