To lose 10 pounds in March I already lost four this week.. no smoking at all this month .. I have Two days, 5 hours, 45 minutes and 34 seconds. 44 cigarettes not smoked, saving $11.76. Life saved: 3 hours, 40 minutes.

Goal: I will decrease my numbers of cigarettes by one each day until my quit date. My quit date is March 15, 2011. And then I will stay quit FOREVER!

3/7: Stayed under my allotted eight. Tomorrow I will be down to a week.

Goal: Amp up exercise to lose 9-12 pounds this month! Weigh in on Fridays!
Progress:
3/7: 2 mile walk and strength exercises!
3/8:Not much in exercise but watching those calories
3/9:Posting everything and 30 minutes walking.
3/10:Stayed within calorie range but no exercise. :( Lazy Day!
3/11:2 mile walk with Son.
3/12: Spring Cleaning Day! ;)

3/14:I've been slacking!
3/15: 2 mile walk!
