Hello Brandi .... How are you ? Do hope all is going well with you....and that you are being very kind to yourself. I have actually been trying to exercise my brain and there are two areas
where everywhere I look , scrolling through the Teams to which I belong, no one has come up with the following two ideas. Both ... may well be fun and in their own way even prove helpful
They can be daily or weekly ....
1. Quote your favourite quote . I personally tend to think of quotes as being "little wisdoms" and all look to the positives in life generally,which is something we Quitters sometimes need, to set us up again on our two feet and kick-start our self-confidence when feeling alone, fragile and vulnerable.
2. Tell us about a humouress memory of yours. One of those many moments we tuck away (sometimes because, at the time, they don't seem to be all that funny, but as the years pass ) the re-counting alone often results in moments of utter mirth and merryment to the listener,or reader.
Anyway Brandi, hopefully this will kickstart some ideas. Have a lovely rest of day...

Every day when fully lived- is a grand succession of experiences both pleasant and unpleasant - for life is made up of both- and without the one the other would not be recognized or appreciated.
