That is the down fall of curling irons and I have been burnt several times. I have even been burnt at the beauticians. Glad you are healing and I have neosporin in every bathroom and it helps big time to heal fast and not scar.
I am a very easy going gal that loves people and wants to know as many as I can. I want to make new friends so I can enjoy more of life. When people get to 55 or 60 there are some that think life should be over but guess what it is just beginning. Maybe 50 years ago it was over but not now people are living longer and working in their 70's. I would have been if I didn't have leukemia and it does not stop me but I have good days and bad, so being home if I need rest, I rest, at work I couldn't do

Let it breath! and get some vitamin E oil on it & reapply until it heals this might help you from getting a scar. I've done this SO many times, it's not funny...you'd think I would learn, I just get distracted & turn my head or some other silly thing!
Hi everyone! This morning I burned myself on the curling iron on my neck and its puffy. I didn't have aloe at my house. The honey I had was clove and I didn't think that would work being that its clove but I thought it was going to be too sticky. If I was home during the day I wouldn't have minded. I had a potato but I didn't want to ruin a large potato for this burn. So when I came to work, I looked in our first aid kit and there is a Burn Relief Spray. I used it and it helped the burn but my concern, (1) I don't want it to scar but there is nothing I can do about it now...if it scars, it scars (NOT HAPPY) (2) Should I cover it with a banage or let it breathe? What is your approach on burns?
