My number one product is always a few dabs of Retin-A around the eye area. I like IQ Derma eye cream, Pevonia Myoxy Caviar eye cream, Kinerase eye cream, PCA Eyexcellence eye cream, and ROC for an inexpensive eye cream. Most of these also have a various array of di, tri, and hexa peptides in them for better delivery to the deeper layers of the skin.

What worked for me is the Lumiere photofacial. Can't believe my skin! Its like I am looking at myself in my 20s again.
I found an inexpensive source which may or may not help you, depending on where you live. I get mine at Planet Beach with an unlimited spa service arrangement, and it is sooo affordable compared to other methods: creams, ipl, surgery, etc.
The Lumiere product line can also be found online, and it was less expensive than the Mary Kay I had been using.
