Not a good week for me. This working full time is for the birds! It takes up all my fun time.

Ride my bike (outside) at least 3 days a week (none)

Strength train 3 days a week (only 1)

Work in the yard at least 1 day a week (yes)

LONG day at work, glad to be home. No ride for me today, even if I stayed home, we got 4 inches of rain.

Thank you! We trimmed shrubs and roses and dug up 2 huge Confederate Rose trees. Then burned all the limbs (and pine cones) before the rain got here.

I guess I did it. These next 2 weeks will be very hard since I have lots of extra days at work, but that is what a challenge is all about.

Yeah, we have challenge folks!

It was wonderful weather today, so i got about 14 miles in. the Greenway flooding is down to a half inch layer of mud on the worst place, so i whizzed through, and have the mud all over my back and bike to prove it.

Our weather is too "iffy" this time of year so I'll have to have flexible goals.

1. Walk or ride 3 times a week.

2. Complete an exercise routine 3 times a week.

3. Eat 5 fruits or veggies 6 out of 7 days.

Yesterday I exercised for 40 minutes and today I walked for 60 minutes and I have been eating my fruits/veggies......
so far so good.

OK, this is a big one for me. As in I'm prone to not doing this!

Consistency--doing something in a regular consistent manner. and no, pigging out on Cheetos during a stress out is not the kind we want! (My bad)

So, here are the rules. Pick three things that you want to accomplish at least once a week. I hope one if them is riding--we are a bike team, after all! So, that is a potential of 9 points a week. Get all 9, and I will throw in an extra to make it an even 10. Some kind of "springy" goodie will go to the winner!

For starters,I want to ride my bike! Next, work outside. Third, resist just buying more yarn because it is yummy. Yes, for me, that is multiple times a week! The yarn sales are all in the winter, so i try to stock up...but it really has gotten out of hand. I've got one ride and one yarn resist so far this week.
