OK, this is a big one for me. As in I'm prone to not doing this!
Consistency--doing something in a regular consistent manner. and no, pigging out on Cheetos during a stress out is not the kind we want! (My bad)
So, here are the rules. Pick three things that you want to accomplish at least once a week. I hope one if them is riding--we are a bike team, after all! So, that is a potential of 9 points a week. Get all 9, and I will throw in an extra to make it an even 10. Some kind of "springy" goodie will go to the winner!
For starters,I want to ride my bike! Next, work outside. Third, resist just buying more yarn because it is yummy. Yes, for me, that is multiple times a week! The yarn sales are all in the winter, so i try to stock up...but it really has gotten out of hand. I've got one ride and one yarn resist so far this week.
