Goals for Feel Fabulous For Mother's Day Challenge are, 30 minutes of average daily activity, consume 6 - 8 glasses of water a day, maintain a deficit of 500 cal per day. (okay 300 if I'm being realistic.
5-Apr - Walked for 39 minutes/biked for 30 (-309.4 cal)
6-Apr - Walked for 64 minutes (-792.2 cal)
7-Apr - Walked for 12 minutes (-424.4 cal) drank more then 10 cups of tea *my cold caught up to me again and I couldn't breath, stink, stank stunk.... I hate being sick.
8-Apr - Walked for 42 minutes (-348.6cal) better. Oh and I so drank exactly 8 cups of tea/H2O
9-Apr - Walked (and jumped around at a concert) for 76 minutes/did shoulders and leggs at the gym. 6 glasses of H2O... rest was beer so NOT good. (-34 cal) no I didn't forget a zero... I'm just bad. :(
10-Apr - Walked for 65 minutes, weight lifting for an hour (shoulders and legs) and had a surplus of 119 cal
11-Apr - Walked for an hour and 27 minutes ate sushi like a bad girl and had a surplus of 933.4 cal
12-Apr - Back on the wagon! Walked for an hour and 10 minutes. Lots of H2O. (-539.3 cal)
13-Apr - Walked for 23 minutes, biked for 15 minutes and swam for 45 minutes (-746.7)
14-Apr - Walked for 60 minutes. Lots of green tea. (-212.8 cal)
15-Apr - Walked for 68 minutes. Pure water. (-130.5 cal) 16-Apr
16-Apr - Hit new weight goal! 190.6lbs this morning!
12-May - Cheat Day! Throw caution to the wind, have your wine, have your pancakes and enjoy the day that is Special because of YOU all all the levels
