...having the courage to walk into a spin class a couple weeks ago, climb on a spin bike for the first time in my life, and ask for help from total strangers on how to adjust it properly.
I've been going 3 times a week ever since, and it horrifies me to think my self-consciousness could have held me back from what has become my absolute favorite workout. Everyone in there is great, and I look forward to it, and them!
It was a wake-up call that I've been missing out on things because of my weight. That is about to change.
