Being able to move!!
I bent down and was reading the lotion ingredients
on the bottom shelf and was able to sit on my heels
for 3 minutes without hurting or getting out of breath.
I LOVE IT!!

It's that I can accomplish weight loss by taking it slow and not getting burnt out by over-exercising and under-eating. The Fast Breaks in the first two weeks have helped a lot and now looking forward to stage 2 with energy and confidence!

...the fact that I'm doing it! I am so proud of myself for finally doing this. I am exercising everyday and eating healthier. Each step is a baby step, but in the end, it will all add up. =) Good luck everyone.

the increase in energy I already have.

I'm not sure if it's due to the good food I'm eating, or the optimism I suddenly have (or both) but I feel much more alert and energetic and it hasn't even been 2 weeks :)
