It's that I can accomplish weight loss by taking it slow and not getting burnt out by over-exercising and under-eating. The Fast Breaks in the first two weeks have helped a lot and now looking forward to stage 2 with energy and confidence!

...the fact that I'm doing it! I am so proud of myself for finally doing this. I am exercising everyday and eating healthier. Each step is a baby step, but in the end, it will all add up. =) Good luck everyone.
