I'm not sure what my diet plan will be. It changes daily. lol I know that if I eat several small meals including protein, healthy carbs, freggies, water, healthy fats and occasional treats then I will succeed and be able to be consistent with my eating habits. Now whether or not I actually DO it is another thing. Sigh. I did choose an orange over candy tonight.
