I don't work so I eat lunch at home and I am aways very careful to make it healthy. Sometimes when we travel, I pack things to eat along the way.
I have several lunch bags that I carry, some are insulated, some are not. Some have special sections for ice and some do not. With that being said, I don't carry my lunch often. We eat at work every day so I seldom need to pack my own.
As for teas, I know there are some unsweetened teas, have you checked the health food section of your grocery? Sometimes they keep them up there. If you really want to go wild, try some Kombucha tea. It tastes like rotten fruit but is oh so good for you!
Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength
I must learn to love the fool in me- the one who feels too much, talks too much, takes too many chances, wins sometimes and loses often, lacks self-control, loves and hates, hurts and gets hurt, promises and breaks promises, laughs and cries...
I pack for trips. I have a salad carrier that has room for ice in the bottom. I am looking for a drink to use. I want an unsweet tea in individual size. I can find diet with artificial sweetener but no unsweet. any advice?
Do you ever carry your lunch? What foods and type of carrier do you use?
