I still wear heels but not every day, I do put lotion on my feet but I also use yogatoes which help to stretch my toes out helping me avoid hammer toes and bunions from the shoes I wear. I am not afraid to wear ugly shoes that are good for my feet just because they are good for my feet and I don't wear shoes that are too small.
Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength
I must learn to love the fool in me- the one who feels too much, talks too much, takes too many chances, wins sometimes and loses often, lacks self-control, loves and hates, hurts and gets hurt, promises and breaks promises, laughs and cries...
I keep lotion on my feet and wear good shoes.
I didn't for decades, but I gave up the high heels for low sturdy shoes.
And I keep them creamed so they don't crack and allow infection in.
Question of the Day Oct 19
Do you take care of foot health too? How?
