So Ive been working on my time and distance on the elliptical. I Started at being able to do .25/mile in 5 minutes- since then Ive extended to 2 miles and gotten my time down to 20min or 10min/mile. My hubby says I should work on endurance. Which do you think is better: Getting my time down for those 2 miles, or going at a slower pace and seeing how far I can go? Any input would be great thanks!
