Here's this month's challenge. Give yourself one point for each of items 1 through 5.
1. Post a "Goal Of The Day" each day on your status update, blog, message board or other journal. It can be the same goal every day or different goals, whatever works best for you.
2. Give yourself or a Sparkfriend a goodie to keep yourselves or each other motivated.
3. Log your nutrition either on Spark or in another food journal.
4. Post your success or successes of the day on your status update, blog, message board or other journal.
5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day.
6. Give yourself a point for each fitness minute of the day, whether it's weights or cardio.
