NOVEMBER DAILY CHALLENGE POINTS - Give yourself 1 point for each of the following except for #8 (count each exercise minute as a point).

Happy November! Since all sorts of holiday food-filled gatherings are starting up, this month's challenge is Portion Control. Get ready to limit your food portions while you increase your exercise portions, so to speak!

Here's a great article called "9 Simple Tricks to Eat Less". I'm including some of the tips in the challenge this month.
