I don't know about you, but I love armchair traveling! You all did an impressive job getting to from L.A. to Shanghai, China last month. Now let's head 7,018 miles directly south to Perth, Australia. Let's make like a Koala Bear and make sure we eat our "roughage" this month; you get bonus points for eating your veggies!


OCTOBER CHALLENGE POINTS
Give yourself 1 (one) point for each item except for #5 - Count each exercise minute as 1 point whether it's strength training or cardiovascular workouts

2. Drink 8 glasses + water daily
