I have had 4 Heart Attacks starting 7/23/2013. Last one was 11/07/2013. The Doctors and I are trying to stabulize the Heart Attacks and related problems with medications, diet and light exercise. Please pray for me. God Blessings to You always.Keep on Sparking!!!

I'm making an effort to log in every day and track my food. I seem to do better when I do that. Weekends are tough to remember to log in, I downloaded the spark app and it's easier for me to at least track my food now since i usually have my phone with me.

Back from hunting so I am starting over with the streaking!! I will never tell if I streaked the hunting camp or not. What happens in camp stays in camp!!

College memory on streaking ... one dorm decided to streak another and they sent 1 runner. the 2nd dorm retaliated sent 2 runners and on it went 4, 8, 16 etc etc! OMG. My friend I got wind of it before hand and we set up lawn chairs and held up signs rating people as the streaked by! LOL!.

I would love to streak with you but am going on a hunting trip and dont know if we will have access to internet. BUT maybe I will streak hunting camp! At least I have lost a few pounds! LOL!
